• Photovoltaic (PV) Plant Information: To use the PV plant management and monitoring features of AISPEX Services, you will need to provide us with the Plant Name, Region, Address, GPS Coordinates, Serial Number of Logger Devices, and Serial Numbers of sub-devices like Inverters and Meters.
• Customer Service Information: If you need assistance or wish to file a complaint, you will need to provide us with your contact information, including your email address or mobile number, and the details of your inquiry. Without this, we may not be able to respond to or resolve your request.

1.2 Information We Collect When You Use Our Services

When you use AISPEX Services, we collect information related to how you use our services and data generated by the PV Plant:

• Device Information: We collect details about the devices you use to access AISPEX Services, including device model, operating system, browser information, Unique Device Identifier (a unique string assigned to your device), and network details.
• PV Plant Data: We collect data from your PV Plant to help manage and monitor the system. This includes device data such as Serial Numbers and continuous device data flow for inverters, meters, and other devices. We may use this data to analyze and improve the performance of your PV Plant.
• Log Information: We collect activity logs, including your IP address, device IDs, operating system information, browser details, and pages visited, even if you are not signed into your account. This helps us maintain security and improve system performance.
